About ICYPS

Our goal is to create nurturing and secure homes for young people with care experience, ensuring they are heard and empowered to reach their utmost potential. We are committed to engagement, enabling power, cultivating constructive interactions, and honouring dignity. Through a model grounded in meaningful relationships, we aim to bolster the essential life skills of young people, aiding their journey to becoming self-reliant adults.
Our Mission is to work directly with various Local Authorities which would be looking to find a home for vulnerable Young People and children under their care. We ensure a high standard accommodation and support staff to safeguard the interest and see to the development of the Young People and Children. We feel a need to safeguard and protect the interest of vulnerable Young People and Children, and to play a part in reducing the breakdown of society by helping to develop Young People and Children who may be left out from the mainstream and have gone wayward with no hope of becoming a key factor in the development of their society or nation building. We also understand the need of Young People and Children who may be vulnerable due to dangers and abuse they face from other countries and are looking for safety in the United Kingdom. We are looking to not just provide them safety but to support them to regularise their stay in the country by legally seeking asylum while they benefit from every privilege as a child or Young Person to develop.
Our philosophy is to be focused on the Young People and Children and their needs, we like to involve them in their development hence the importance of using various developmental approaches to meet their assessed needs. The Young Persons and Children are considered the most important part of the organisation, taking all the attention to ensure all their needs are met and to see to their development.

Our semi-independent placements offer tailored support for young people aged 16+, helping them transition smoothly into adulthood. These placements provide safe accommodation alongside life skills training, emotional support, and guidance with education, employment, and everyday responsibilities. The aim is to empower young people to develop independence while still having access to trusted support when needed.
